How we handle information in connection with Sync Scout.

This Privacy Policy explains how CourtEnd (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with Sync Scout (the “Service”).

1. Information we handle

  • Team and access data: a team ID and a passphrase (stored in protected form) used to access a team.
  • Content you provide: scout files you upload, the YouTube video links you add, and notes, drawings, comments, and favorites created in the Service.
  • Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as log data.
  • Payment data: when you subscribe, payment is handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, under which Stripe acts as Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your full card details; we receive limited transaction information (such as confirmation of payment and plan) from Stripe.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate team access, store and sync your content, process subscriptions through Stripe, secure the Service and prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We rely on third parties to run the Service:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of application data.
  • Stripe (Managed Payments / Link) — payments, as Merchant of Record.
  • YouTube / Google — video is hosted on and played from YouTube; their handling of video and playback is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own services.

4. Retention

We keep team and content data for as long as your team is active, and delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period after a team is closed or on request, unless we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

5. Security

We use technical measures such as access controls and row-level security to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. To make a request, contact us at syncscout@courtend.net. For payment-related data, you may also contact Stripe/Link support.

8. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses only the storage necessary to keep you signed in to your team and to operate basic functionality. We do not use advertising trackers.

9. Children

The Service is intended for teams and staff using volleyball analysis tools and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.

Sync Scout に関して情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明します。

本プライバシーポリシーは、CourtEnd（以下「当方」）が Sync Scout（以下「本サービス」）に関して情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。

1. 取り扱う情報

  • チーム・アクセス情報：チームへのアクセスに用いるチームIDおよび合言葉（保護された形式で保存）。
  • お客様が提供するコンテンツ：アップロードされたスカウトファイル、追加された YouTube 映像リンク、本サービス内で作成されたメモ・描画・コメント・お気に入り。
  • 利用データ：本サービスの運用・保護に必要な基本的な技術情報（ログ等）。
  • 決済情報：サブスクリプションの決済は、Stripe の Managed Payments サービスを通じて行われ、同サービスでは Stripe が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）となります。当方はカード情報の全体を取得・保存しません。Stripe から、決済の確認やプランなど限定的な取引情報を受け取ります。

2. 情報の利用目的

当方は、本サービスの提供・維持、チームアクセスの認証、コンテンツの保存・同期、Stripe を通じたサブスクリプションの処理、本サービスの保護と不正利用の防止、法的義務の遵守のために情報を利用します。

3. サービス提供者（委託先・第三者）

当方は、本サービスの運用のため次の第三者を利用します：

  • Supabase — データベース、認証、アプリケーションデータのホスティング。
  • Stripe（Managed Payments／Link） — 販売事業者（Merchant of Record）としての決済。
  • YouTube／Google — 映像は YouTube 上にホストされ再生されます。映像・再生の取り扱いは各社の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。

これらの提供者は、当方に代わって、または自社サービスについて独立した管理者としてデータを処理します。

4. 保存期間

チームおよびコンテンツのデータは、チームが有効である間保存し、チームの終了後または請求があった場合には、法的義務により保持が必要な場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。

5. セキュリティ

当方は、アクセス制御や行レベルセキュリティ（RLS）などの技術的措置によりデータを保護します。送信・保存のいかなる方法も完全に安全ではなく、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。

6. 国際的なデータ移転

当方の提供者は、お客様の所在国以外の国でデータを処理する場合があります。必要な場合、当方はそのような移転について適切な保護措置に依拠します。

7. お客様の権利

お住まいの地域によっては、個人データへのアクセス・訂正・削除・処理の制限・異議申立てなどの権利を有する場合があります。請求は syncscout@courtend.net までご連絡ください。決済関連のデータについては、Stripe／Link のサポートに連絡することもできます。

8. クッキーとローカルストレージ

本サービスは、チームへのサインイン状態の維持と基本機能の動作に必要なストレージのみを使用します。広告目的のトラッカーは使用しません。

9. お子様について

本サービスは、バレーボール分析ツールを用いるチームおよびスタッフを対象としており、お子様を対象としていません。お子様が個人データを提供したと思われる場合は、当方までご連絡ください。

10. 変更

当方は本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更は、上記の日付の更新により反映します。
