Refund Policy
How refunds work for Sync Scout subscriptions.
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Sync Scout (the “Service”). Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service, under which Stripe acts as Merchant of Record. Your statement may show the charge as "LINK.COM*".
1. Annual plan — 14-day free trial
The annual plan includes a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is not charged until the trial ends; you can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. Once the trial ends and the annual fee is charged, the annual plan is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
2. Monthly plan
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. Monthly payments already made are generally non-refundable, and partial-month refunds are not provided.
3. Renewals
Because subscriptions renew automatically, please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Renewal charges are treated under the same rules as above.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at syncscout@courtend.net with your purchase details, or contact Stripe/Link support directly. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
5. Exceptions and chargebacks
We may decline refunds that fall outside this policy or that appear abusive. If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can help resolve it.

返金ポリシー
Sync Scout のサブスクリプションに関する返金の取り扱いです。
本返金ポリシーは、Sync Scout（以下「本サービス」）のサブスクリプションに適用されます。決済および返金は、Stripe の Managed Payments サービスが処理し、同サービスでは Stripe が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）となります。ご利用明細には「LINK.COM*」と表示される場合があります。
1. 年額プラン — 14日間無料トライアル
年額プランには14日間の無料トライアルが付いています。トライアル期間中はお支払い方法への課金は発生せず、その間はいつでも無料で解約できます。トライアル終了後に年額料金が課金されると、以降の期間については年額プランは返金対象外となります。
2. 月額プラン
月額プランはいつでも解約でき、現在の課金期間の満了時に更新が停止します。既にお支払い済みの月額料金は原則として返金対象外であり、月の途中での日割り返金は行いません。
3. 自動更新
サブスクリプションは自動更新されるため、次の期間の課金を希望されない場合は、更新日より前に解約してください。更新時の課金についても上記と同じ規則が適用されます。
4. 返金の請求方法
返金を希望される場合は、購入情報を添えて syncscout@courtend.net までご連絡いただくか、Stripe／Link のサポートへ直接ご連絡ください。対象となる返金は、Stripe を通じて元のお支払い方法へ返金されます。
5. 例外およびチャージバック
本ポリシーの範囲外、または不正と認められる返金請求はお断りすることがあります。請求に関するご懸念がある場合は、チャージバックを行う前に当方までご連絡ください。解決のお手伝いをいたします。
