Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of Sync Scout.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sync Scout (the “Service”), operated by CourtEnd (“we”, “us”). By creating or accessing a team, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Sync Scout is an add-on for volleyball scouting workflows. It pairs scout files exported by DataVolley or VolleyStation (such as .dvw files) with match video hosted on YouTube, and makes the synced plays available to a team through a shared link.
2. Team access
Access is organized by team. Each team is reached with a team ID and a passphrase. You are responsible for keeping your team passphrase confidential and for all activity that occurs under your team. Anyone with the passphrase can view the team’s content, so share it only with people you intend to give access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on a paid subscription (monthly or annual) for one team with an unlimited number of members. Payments are processed through Stripe's Managed Payments service, under which Stripe acts as Merchant of Record. Stripe handles billing, taxes, and the checkout process; your purchase may appear on your statement as "LINK.COM*" and is also subject to Stripe/Link's buyer terms. The annual plan includes a 14-day free trial; your payment method is not charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel at no cost at any point during the trial. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time, including through the Link customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy and processed through Stripe.
5. Your content and third-party material
You may upload scout files and link match videos. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to the scout data and video you use, and that your use complies with the terms of YouTube and of your scouting software. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited right to store and process it solely to provide the Service to your team.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it unlawfully, uploading content you do not have the right to use, attempting to breach security or access other teams’ data, disrupting the Service, or reselling access without our permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and the content we provide, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the right to use it as permitted.
8. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that synced results will be accurate in every case. The Service depends on third-party services (including YouTube and our hosting and payment providers) that we do not control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service.

利用規約
本規約は Sync Scout の利用条件を定めるものです。
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、CourtEnd（以下「当方」）が提供する Sync Scout（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。チームの作成・利用、または本サービスの利用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用いただけません。
1. 本サービスについて
Sync Scout は、バレーボールのスカウティング業務を補助するツールです。DataVolley や VolleyStation が書き出すスカウトファイル（.dvw など）と、YouTube 上の試合映像を対応づけ、同期されたプレーをチーム共有リンクで閲覧できるようにします。
2. チームアクセス
本サービスへのアクセスはチーム単位で管理されます。各チームはチームIDと合言葉（パスフレーズ）で利用します。合言葉の管理はお客様の責任であり、チーム内で行われたすべての操作についても同様です。合言葉を知る者は誰でもチームのコンテンツを閲覧できるため、アクセスを許可したい相手にのみ共有してください。
3. サブスクリプションと課金
本サービスは、1チーム・メンバー数無制限を対象とする有料サブスクリプション（月額または年額）として提供されます。決済は Stripe の Managed Payments サービスを通じて処理され、同サービスでは Stripe が販売事業者（Merchant of Record）となります。請求・税金・チェックアウトは Stripe が取り扱い、ご利用明細には「LINK.COM*」と表示される場合があります。また、ご購入には Stripe／Link の購入者向け規約も適用されます。年額プランには14日間の無料トライアルが付いており、トライアル期間中はお支払い方法への課金は発生せず、その間はいつでも無料で解約できます。サブスクリプションは、解約されない限り各課金期間の満了時に自動更新されます。解約は当方またはLinkのカスタマーポータルからいつでも可能で、解約により以後の更新が停止し、現在の期間の満了時に効力を生じます。
4. 返金
返金は当方の返金ポリシーに従い、Stripe を通じて処理されます。
5. お客様のコンテンツと第三者の素材
お客様はスカウトファイルのアップロードや試合映像のリンクを行えます。利用するスカウトデータおよび映像について必要な権利を有していること、および YouTube とスカウトソフトの規約に従って利用することは、お客様の責任です。コンテンツの権利はお客様に帰属し、お客様は、本サービスをチームに提供する目的に限り、当方がこれを保存・処理する限定的な権利を当方に許諾します。
6. 禁止事項
本サービスを次の方法で不正に利用しないことに同意します：法令に違反する利用、権利を有しないコンテンツのアップロード、セキュリティの侵害や他チームのデータへのアクセスの試み、本サービスの妨害、当方の許可なくアクセス権を再販する行為。
7. 知的財産権
本サービス（ソフトウェア、デザイン、当方が提供するコンテンツを含む）は、当方またはそのライセンサーに帰属し、法律により保護されています。本規約は、許諾された範囲で本サービスを利用する権利以外の権利をお客様に付与するものではありません。
8. 提供条件と免責
本サービスは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、いかなる種類の保証も伴いません。中断やエラーがないこと、同期結果が常に正確であることを保証しません。本サービスは、当方が管理しない第三者サービス（YouTube、ホスティング・決済事業者を含む）に依存しています。
9. 責任の制限
法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、当方は、間接的・付随的・結果的損害、またはデータ・収益・利益の損失について責任を負いません。本サービスに関する請求についての当方の総責任は、請求発生前12か月間にお客様が本サービスに支払った金額を上限とします。
10. 終了
お客様はいつでも利用を中止し、解約できます。当方は、お客様が本規約に違反した場合、または本サービスや他の利用者を保護するために必要な場合、アクセスを停止または終了することがあります。
11. 本規約の変更
当方は本規約を随時更新することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、上記の日付を更新し、適切な場合には通知します。変更後も利用を継続した場合、更新後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
12. 準拠法
本規約は、抵触法の原則にかかわらず、日本法に準拠します。本規約または本サービスに関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
